… the movement to reclaim time & control for what matters

We fight for focus in an age of addiction.

Because the best things in life are free and not on a smartphone: people, place, perspective.

Because time is our greatest asset.

Join the free smaarter movement to rediscover everyday IRL antidotes, find out about the best market solutions and to reclaim time for what, and who matters.

Less scroll. More soul. Live smaarter.

the manifesto

We believe life is too precious to be lived on a screen and that we need to reclaim more balanced, controlled real-life (IRL) living..

  • Tech should be a slave for our lives, not a destination we spend most of it.

  • People, place and perspective - things that bring joy - are being lost to hours in infinite scroll. Many live in a state of overwhelm, depressed by a tsunami of outrage or fear-inducing content.

  • Children’s brains are rewiring to constant dopamine; boredom is extinct; concentration, eroding; emotion via emojis; memories outsourced to reels.

  • Many live to be ‘seen to live’ rather than invest in their own memories

  • Attention is the new oil in an addiction economy that tells us only ‘stuff’ can make us happy. Companies mine us for it, leaving us empty, lonely or seeking cheap dopamine highs.

  • Enough. It’s time for smaarter revolution . Time to reclaim our time and attention; to get outdoors, smile at strangers and re-engage with community; to sit more with our own thoughts; to play; create; to live under, not ‘in’ the cloud.

It’s time for less scroll and more soul. To live smaarter….
